The Inside Method is operated by Y2H PTY LTD.

By using this website, registering for The Inside Method, purchasing a membership, booking a call or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These website terms are intended to work together with any membership terms, consent forms, disclaimers, registration forms or agreements accepted through Practice Better. If you join The Inside Method, the membership terms accepted during registration also apply.

1. Nature of The Inside Method

The Inside Method is an online naturopathic and natural wellness membership designed to provide education, accountability, food and symptom tracking, recipes, meal-planning support, supplement guidance, weekly reviews and personalised feedback.

The membership may support goals relating to weight management, food habits, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, hormonal health and general wellbeing.

The Inside Method is not an emergency, medical or diagnostic service. Information provided through this website or the membership does not replace assessment, diagnosis or treatment from a registered medical practitioner.

For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate medical professional.

2. Health information and responsibility

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health history, symptoms, medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and relevant test results where required.

You are responsible for informing Y2H PTY LTD of significant changes to your health, medications, supplements or circumstances.

You agree not to commence, cease or alter prescribed medication without consulting the prescribing medical practitioner.

3. No guaranteed results

Individual results vary.

No specific weight loss, body-fat reduction, symptom improvement, healing outcome, health outcome or timeframe is promised or guaranteed.

Results depend on many factors including your participation, consistency, health status, food choices, lifestyle, medical conditions and individual response.

4. Memberships, payments and subscriptions

The Inside Method may offer weekly recurring memberships, including Foundation and Inner Circle membership options.

Membership fees, inclusions and payment schedules will be displayed at registration.

Membership fees are charged automatically according to the payment schedule selected at registration.

The Inside Method memberships have a minimum initial commitment of 12 weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

After the initial 12-week commitment, the membership will continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided through Practice Better or any written cancellation process provided by Y2H PTY LTD.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.

If a payment fails, access to membership services, resources, appointments or support may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, payments are not refundable for change of mind, failure to participate, failure to complete tracking or forms, unused membership access, missed appointments, digital content already supplied or services already provided.

Cancellation does not remove payment obligations relating to the initial 12-week commitment, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

6. Appointments, Inner Circle sessions and group Zoom meetings

Where a membership includes a scheduled one-to-one appointment, coaching session or Inner Circle session, at least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments and Inner Circle sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are forfeited and may be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee.

Unused monthly one-to-one appointments or Inner Circle sessions do not accumulate, roll over, transfer to another month, or convert into a refund, credit, extra appointment or other service unless expressly agreed in writing.

Monthly group Zoom meetings are included as part of The Inside Method membership where applicable.

If a member is unable to attend a scheduled monthly group Zoom meeting, at least 24 hours' notice is requested.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or the member does not attend without notice, the live group Zoom session is forfeited for that month.

Missed monthly group Zoom meetings do not accumulate, roll over, transfer to another month, or convert into a one-to-one appointment, refund, credit or additional service.

Where a replay is made available, access may be provided at the discretion of Y2H PTY LTD. Replay availability is not guaranteed.

7. Weekly reviews and communication

Members are responsible for completing tracking and submitting Weekly Health Reviews by the required time.

Feedback is based on the information submitted. Incomplete, inaccurate or late information may limit the level of personalised guidance that can be provided.

Direct messaging, where included, is for brief, non-urgent questions only. It is not a substitute for an appointment, detailed consultation, emergency care or ongoing unrestricted access to a practitioner.

Messages will be responded to during business hours within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Technology and access

The Inside Method may be delivered through Practice Better and may involve video, audio, forms, messaging, digital resources, group discussions and third-party technology.

You are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and a compatible device.

Y2H PTY LTD is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control, but reasonable steps will be taken to restore access where possible.

9. Community conduct and privacy

The Inside Method may include community spaces such as a group feed, group chat or group program.

Your display name, profile photograph if enabled, comments, replies, reactions and activity may be visible to other current members.

Information shared in community spaces is not private communication between you and Y2H PTY LTD.

You agree not to screenshot, copy, record, download, distribute, reproduce, publish or publicly share another member's name, profile photograph, comments, personal information, health information or community content without their express permission.

Y2H PTY LTD may suspend or terminate access where a member breaches privacy, misuses community spaces, behaves abusively, shares confidential or copyrighted material, provides account access to another person, fails to make required payments or uses the membership in a way that may harm another member, Y2H PTY LTD or the business.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, membership materials, protocols, forms, videos, audio recordings, recipes, educational resources, detox programs, written content, graphics, branding and resources remain the intellectual property of Y2H PTY LTD unless otherwise stated.

You may access content for your personal use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, record, publish or provide website or membership content to another person without written permission.

11. Testimonials, images and marketing

Purchasing, registering or participating in The Inside Method does not give Y2H PTY LTD permission to use your name, photograph, video, testimonial, health information, progress information or personal story for promotional or marketing purposes.

If Y2H PTY LTD wishes to use this information, separate written consent will be requested.

You may choose whether to provide that consent, and declining will not affect your membership or access to services.

Although reasonable care is taken, Y2H PTY LTD does not guarantee that all website information is complete, current or suitable for every individual.
